Tasked with managing and optimising full-funnel marketing campaigns. A key challenge was data silos that were hindering our ability to capture leads effectively, particularly on the company’s website. This led to missed opportunities and lower-than-expected conversions.
To address lead drop-off during the form submission process, I proposed a short-term solution using a Facebook pop-up form to capture leads while the website is being updated. Alongside this, I led the development of new creative assets for paid social, implementing A/B testing strategies to identify high-performing designs and messaging.
Our refined marketing strategy, supported by data-driven ad creative testing, resulted in a 22.82% increase in conversion rates. Within just four weeks, the campaign generated 92 marketing-qualified leads (MQLs), driving significant growth in lead acquisition.

Brought in to project manage high-impact campaigns for Rockwell Automation’s partners and senior stakeholders, my primary objective was to acquire new leads and generate interest for upcoming partnerships. Rockwell needed a structured approach to expand its partner network while boosting engagement with high-intent prospects.
To establish a strong foundation, I led website enhancements on Rockwell’s AEM Adobe platform, optimising content through updated meta tags, descriptions, and strategic SEO mark-ups on video assets. I strengthened the site’s SEO strategy by implementing back-linking across critical pages, enhancing discoverability and organic reach. Collaborating with the paid media team, I conducted an in-depth analysis of existing LinkedIn campaigns, providing recommendations on creative optimisations and refining ad targeting criteria based on high-performing keywords and audience insights.
For lead generation, I designed and managed a series of webinar campaigns to drive inbound interest, building automated funnels to capture and nurture leads generated from LinkedIn ads. This approach ensured efficient lead handling and seamless follow-up with high-value prospects, maximising Rockwell’s return on ad spend.
This initiative strengthened Rockwell’s lead acquisition pipeline but also positioned the company as a valuable partner for prospective stakeholders.
Through careful project management and a targeted marketing strategy supported by creative testing, we achieved a 17.12% conversion rate increase. This approach ensured each campaign element was optimised and aligned with project goals, delivering a streamlined process and measurable impact on lead acquisition.

To sustain & increase portfolio of partner labels & external partners by ensuring the success of paid ads via the Spotify platform, and to ensure a growth in revenue. This included making sure that label artists were hitting stream play targets on a month basis. To prevent money left on the table.
My approach was to make sure that the music label creatives were abiding to Spotify’s brand guidelines. This included trafficking the ads efficiently on Google Ad Manager and ensuring each campaign fulfilled the desired target. I also provided recommendations leveraging a keen understanding of partner goals for each campaign.
My trusted input guaranteed that custom ad units such as leaderboards and takeovers, displayed effectively on mobile & desktop. This provided a unique user experience leading to higher CPMs.
With this strategy and delivery I increased and maintained client portfolio by achieving beyond their KPI’s.

Vodat Communications Group had just completed a merger and was building a new marketing team while rebranding. I was tasked with developing a marketing strategy targeting customer pain points, focusing on how legacy systems like outdated cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, and SD-WAN technologies were holding customers back. One of the major roadblocks was their outdated MarTech stack and lack of internal marketing capabilities, which limited their ability to market effectively.
I led the implementation of full-funnel marketing campaigns, using Cognism to focus on high-potential accounts across critical industries such as cybersecurity and cloud systems. My team also guided the company through a successful migration from Force24 to HubSpot, which allowed for better lead scoring and deeper insights into customer interactions. These new systems enabled us to position the benefits of modern cybersecurity and SD-WAN solutions effectively, emphasising their value in helping businesses transition away from legacy systems to more secure and scalable platforms.
Our approach drove a 27% increase in sales-ready opportunities, particularly in the cybersecurity and cloud services sectors. As SD Works Campaign Manager, I led the revamping of their user acquisition & retention strategy. At the time their brand alignment was getting lost in translation across teams. This resulted in low performance rates.
I helped to develop a holistic user acquisition strategy with a creatives first approach to work on the issue along with this being backed by data. I also made sure that the new designed assets were visually communicating the campaign offers more clearly. I also made sure that the messaging was consistent across all marketing communication.
Users were primarily targeted with video on the platform. Secondly I conducted A/B testing for various creatives, audience targets & offers.
SD Works results were great as their CTRs doubled establishing audience interest, and their CvR increased by 23%.

Lace wig company catering to people with alopecia and cancer patients wanted to receive consultations for their new services for people based in the UK and Scotland & Wales.
We recommended focusing on video content particularly UGC generated content showing how other people with Alopecia were able to use their product safely and securely.
Organic reach was also a part of this strategy by posting 4x a week on Instagram and Facebook and 3 stories a week to attract their target audience. The content that outperformed were used as paid ads towards driving users to our bespoke landing page to drive conversions for their new booking process. This allowed people to schedule for both online or offline consultations.
In the first 2 weeks the CPL was as low as £6.80 and we hit their target of consultations for the brand.

EA Hair previously received orders from their organic reach and knew they could take their revenue to the next level by allocating budget for paid ads. Their goal was to double their revenue in this way.
We first concentrated on using EA hairs existing creative assets to create a number of videos and user generated content (UGC) including sing-image creatives.
This was then added to our full-funnel Facebook ad strategy, which helped double the ROAS. To achieve this, we prioritised the creatives that outperformed the others and are targets were all based on their audience insights within the Meta Suite.
We achieved a ROAS of 200% their online revenue increased by 27% and their engagement by 44%
